Genocidaires Love Blood Diamonds

This Valentine’s Day, beware of the Zionist Génocidaires’ love for Blood Diamonds 💎💎💎

Israel is one of the world’s biggest exporter ($6.06B) and importer ($3.2B) of diamonds. Ranking 5th and 6th respectively. Polished diamonds were israel’s 2nd biggest export product, according to latest data from 2024. Yet, it has no diamond mines of its own. This is because the israeli diamond industry is built on the backs on Africans. The majority of its imports come from South Africa, followed by Botswana, Namibia, Angola, Sierra Leone, Democratic Republic of Congo, and “to a lesser extent” Australia and Canada.

Israel has been one of global leaders of diamond imports since British Mandate authorities ended customs duty on diamond imports into Palestine in 1936. Israel’s diamond industry provides Israel’s Ministry of Defense with approximately $1 billion annually.

Even Israel’s diamond industry is not isolated to Israel’s occupation, apartheid, and genocide. It is also connected to the ongoing extractive colonialism in the Democratic Republic of Congo, and other African nations. Specifically, Israel profits from the extraction and export of diamonds through the weapons trade. The cost? The deaths of tens of thousands annually in the countries of the diamonds origin. That is why they are called blood diamonds. The diamonds not only prop up the Israeli economy, they also facilitate ongoing armed conflict, crimes against humanity, and genocide. Israeli businessmen “have been implicated in unethical practices like bribery and illegal resource extraction.” One example is Dan Gertler. Gertler owns International Diamond Industries-Congo (IDI-Congo).
